Q. How long will the balloons float?

A. Extensive research over long periods of time shows us that average float time of Latex balloons filled with helium, is approximately 10 to 12 hours. Float time can vary significantly based on the level of inflation, size of balloon (9″, 11″ 16″) and factors such as temperature. We recommend inflating balloons 1-2 hours prior to the event for the best results.

Q. Do you just deliver the balloons?

A. We endeavour to complete as much of the work off-site, however there still may be an element of setting up on-site. We do not delivery Table Clusters or arches, we always set these up onsite.

Q. Do I need to consider setup times when booking my venue?

A. Yes. We try our best to prepare as much off-site, however for most events a 1 hour is normally enough, for larger orders we may require 2-3 Hours.

Q. What can I do to make the balloons float longer?

Q. Can I pick my own balloons colors/shapes/sizes in the DIY KITS

A. All our Balloon Kits can be customised to your exact requirements.

Q. Is there a Delivery Charge when ordering a Balloon Deco?

A. Delivery Charges are based on order values, Location of your chosen venue, Time of delivery and if there are parking charges applicable. For larger orders Delivery Charges do not generally apply.

Q. Can I collect from you directly?

A. Yes, certain orders and Helium can be collected directly from us.

Q. If I hire Helium Gas, will you delivery and collect the tank?

A. Yes. Delivery and Collection can be arranged at a cost.

Q. Do I Require ID for Hiring a Helium Cylinder?

A. Yes we will request a form of Photo Identity (Driving Licence preferred).

Q. Can I buy balloons from you directly?

A. Yes you can, either over the phone; alternatively you buy directly from our Amazon Store.

Q. I have purchased balloons from elsewhere, can we get you to fill them?

A. Absolutely, lets us know the type and size and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
